The Only Dedicated Tea Awards in the UK
The Leafies celebrate outstanding tea, tea people and tea organisations from across the world. Launched by the UK Tea Academy in 2022 in collaboration with Fortnum & Mason, The Leafies promote excellence and shared practice within the international tea industry. Winning an award at The Leafies is the ultimate mark of prestige. Producers achieve global exposure and some teas are selected by Fortnum & Mason for their Rare Tea Counter at the flagship store in London.

Whether you are a producer, estate, garden, retailer, tea business or hospitality venue, we invite you to take part.
Every tea entered will be blind tasted by an international panel of expert judges. The Special Awards recognise the people and organisations going further: supporting communities, caring for the environment, developing new ideas and helping to shape the future of tea.
You can enter your own teas, nominate your own organisation, or put forward a producer, supplier, colleague or partner whose work deserves wider recognition.
